Zapaść się pod ziemię

Choćby telewizor i telefon wyłączyć i pod ziemię się zapaść i ludzkiego głosu nie słyszeć, to jednak zawsze w głowie coś brzęczy. Że mleko trzeba kupić, że rachunek niezapłacony i że lepszym trzeba być, albo się przynajmniej starać.

Even if TV and phone is off,  even if I hide myself  underground and don't hear people's voice, there is always something rattling in my head. To buy the milk, to pay the bill and to be better, or at least to try hard.
